Question about DJI Mic

Hello together I have bought the Mic. Unfortunately, no sound is recorded in the voice memo app and when recording video on the iPhone. The receiver shows the volume but the voice memo app does not. Is this a bug or does this just not work? (I have access to the recordings on the Mic's internal memory, but would then have to synchronise them with the videos in each case). Does anyone else have problems like this? Many thanks in advance!

Helpful answer

I managed it after all. Since I left the receiver plugged in during playback, the sound was not audible. After removing it, I could hear everything without any problems.
