Hello Together I would like to use this monitor for the office & with a Mac Mini 2018. Does this thing have enough power, or does it still need an eGpu?

Operate the monitor with a Surface Pro 6 ... integrated Intel graphics and runs cleanly at 60Hz via DisplayPort. I guess a Mac Mini has similar specs.

According to Apple: https://www.apple.com/lae... the HDMI output can only deliver 4096*2160. With Thunderbolt 3 plus it can deliver 5120*2880, but then it needs an adapter to Display Port.

You should bear in mind that this is a monitor with 5K resolution. Depending on the application, it should work, provided the Mac Mini's graphics card can handle it at all; for moving images, an additional graphics card is probably needed.
However, last year's model (Samsung LC49HG90DMUXEN) would probably be the better choice for this setup.

I did the first tests with a pretty weak laptop and it worked wonderfully, but I wouldn't expect too much.
