Hello unfortunately I do not know this because I have connected this to a normal graphics card of a PC with HDMI.

Hello, I can't answer that conclusively. However, I think that if the Mac has a display port, HDMI or USB-C connection, it can also be connected. However, Dell or digitec support should be able to give you better information.
