Hello 5.1 sound does not seem to work through the screen's speakers. Neither with a PS5, nor when playing movies. Sound is weak and dialogue is not present. It's ok with stereo content. PS5 with headphones connected to gamepad is also ok. Is my device defective or do I not understand something? I've tried pretty much everything and Google doesn't really help me 😢

For 5.1 sound, you need an external sound bar or surround system. This is then connected via the optical connection. The monitor itself has only stereo speakers, but can theoretically transmit 5.1 sound.
