That is possible. Here is an excerpt of the text from the Rode website;
Pairing multiple transmitters
If you have another RØDE Series IV wireless transmitter (such as the Wireless GO II or another Wireless ME), you can pair up to two transmitters with a single Wireless ME receiver (RX). To do this, connect your Wireless ME RX to RØDE Central on a desktop PC or the mobile, power on the transmitter you wish to pair and put it into pairing mode, then tap the 'Pair' button in RØDE Central under TX1 or TX2. After pairing, you can tap 'Unpair' to unpair a transmitter.

Note: If you have paired two transmitters with your Wireless ME RX and the ME Mic is also activated, both transmitters record on the left channel and the ME Mic records on the right channel (in "Separated" mode). In "Merged" mode, all three audio sources are summed to one (mono) channel - see below for more information on Separate and Merged modes .
