Hello, Can the Fairphone 5 alternatively be ordered with /e/OS from Murena? On the Fairfone website it says 5 years warranty and with you only 24 months? What applies now?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Fairphone with /e/OS pre-installed. The 24 months is our retailer warranty, during which time a service case can be handled directly by us. In the event that there is an even longer manufacturer's warranty, as you indicate here, a service case can also be initiated directly via the manufacturer after these 24 months.
