Hello, I have owned this monitor for some time now and have now updated the firmware. Now the image cleaning is no longer carried out when the PC is shut down and the sentence "Shutting down" is very faintly visible on a dark background...how do I get the old firmware back on? or how do I get the image cleaning to work again?

I can't find any firmware at LG. Is it still possible to reset the monitor to factory settings with the software?
I have the monitor with the current firmware (3.10,51,1.18) and do not have these problems.

ah and the remote control is also no longer usable...with the "One Screen Control" software from LG, I can only select the screen up/division
