Hello too
I have decided to go for the Bamboo Ink plus,
because Windows Ink (Windows 10 function) is supported.
Go to the manufacturer's page Wacom /de-ch/comp, your Dell is not explicitly listed there.
If your XPS has a blue tooth connector and Windows 10 is installed, it should work*.
*=Probably just without tilt detection.
