Yes it's possible, I did it in France in my holiday home. I took out a subscription in France on the Starlink site with the serial number of the kit and it works very well. The kits are all the same (in my opinion).

Very good question, that's exactly what we wanted to do. For the moment, the antenna has gone to Central Asia. We'll see if it works there.
