Hey, I specifically pre-ordered the device from you because the availability at the time of ordering (about a month ago) was stated as 15.10. I'm not sure when we can expect the device in Basel. When can we expect the device at the Basel location?

Also pre-ordered. Yesterday estimated at 12 o'clock, now unknown. Seems like someone doesn't have an overview of their inventory :-)

This could be solved better (number of products and position in waiting list).
