Hi all, I have the exact same problem as sue_s. Doesn't anyone have another solution like the ones already described? none of them really work for me either. Have to almost put the mic IN my mouth to get the level meter to move a bit on Windows. Thanks for your support

Hello, I had to choose a different driver on the HP. This was on my husband's HP EliteBook, which I don't normally use. I can't help more than that. But after that the problem was solved....and a super sound the Mic is very good!
