No, this microphone is only intended for direct connection to USB. For the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 you need an XLR microphone: for the same price you can get a good XLR microphone.

The mic can only be connected via USB. But the Scarlett has analogue mic inputs and USB only for the connection to the PC, so it's a kind of external sound card. But I would take a look at a Rohde with an analogue plug, but I can't say whether it also has the monitor function. But otherwise: very good mic with analogue headphone monitor connection.
