Hi everyone 👋🏼 I am in possession of a SAMSUNG Odyssey G7 LS28BG700EP 28 " UHD 4K - 144 Hz. I would like to know why when connecting with the PS5 it tells me that the system runs at 60fps and not 120? I connect the monitor with the ps5 with the cable that came with the PlayStation

You have to set the PS settings to 144hz and activate the gaming mode on the monitor

The PS5 switches to 120hz in the game itself and normally runs at 60hz. If you want 120hz in multiplayer, for example, it only switches to 120hz when you start multiplayer. So it does not run permanently at 120hz

The PS5 only supports 120Hz, correct. The cable included in the scope of delivery should be a 2.1 cable.

Saved Data -> Game/Application Settings -> Game Preferences and then select Performance Mode, that should fix the problem, but then you're giving up some quality.

If you look in the settings while a game is running, the game may limit the frequency.
