Hi everyone, Can the USB-C input be used to connect the monitor to a MacBookPro?

Helpful answer
I have not tried a MacBookPro - with a chromebook, driving the monitor via USB-C works just fine, provided you use a 3.1 (thunderbolt) cable: a plain 2.0 charging cable won't work. Also note that while the USB-C input can also drive out a bit of power, it likely won't be enough to charge a laptop with any speed.

I connect it to my macbook and it works

Attention (not all USB cables work. it has to be one that supports video signal)!
