Question about Google pixel 5

Hi, Recently some people reported a batch of potentially faulty Pixel 5 units. Apparently there is a gap between display and the frame. Will Digitec return/exchange such devices? Thanks.

I just read some reviews on several pages and came across this statement:
"Google says Pixel 5 screen and body gap is ‘normal part of the design'"
