The monitor is VESA 100x100 compatible. You can find mounts for this like sand by the sea, here it is mainly a matter of your personal preference. Just search on Digitec "monitor mount" and then filter on Vesa 100x100 and if you want one for two monitors you can also sort by that.

To mount such a bracket, you simply have to remove the monitor base. You do this by pushing something and tilting the mount away, it's easy to see and not that hard :) Then you will see 4 screw holes where you can attach the bracket (screws are actually always supplied with the bracket).
