Exactly, that gives points for the ranking.... Since the Galaxus customer service has let me down in the worst way, I simply rate everything badly here at every opportunity. I waited more than two weeks for a fridge that was immediately available, I was put off, I didn't hear anything more, the invoice deadline expired, I gave the product a one-star rating at some point because I hadn't received it. this earned me a "Lätsch" in my customer account, contact customer service again, the answer was that I should take it with a pinch of salt. I still hadn't received the fridge, and they wouldn't give me the number of the person in charge. They wouldn't call me back either, I still hadn't received the fridge. They wouldn't give me the number of the haulier, I wrote e-mail after e-mail..... At some point they realised that the packing slip had never arrived at the warehouse. One day later, the item was suddenly delivered and had already been delivered. Sorry? No, nobody could bring themselves to do that. So my conclusion: rate everything negatively, you should see it with a "wink of the eye"...
I wanted to rate it too, but I waited until I got the device. I haven't looked forward to a device like this in years.
For me personally, it seems to be an almost perfect device.
I'm currently using the Xiaomi Mi9T Pro and it's almost a bit too big for me.
