How come the price on the official google page is considerably lower than here on digitec?

Be avare, this Google TV is not 4K capable, you can get the 4K version for only a few CHF more, I advise not to buy anything that can only do HD anymore. Especially not for streaming. I recommend to get this one instead, it has full 4K, Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support.
