Question about Samsung Portable T7 Titan Grey
How do I connect the SSD to an Android device? Portable SSD APP does not work neither on Samsung S22 nor on TAB S8

The Samsung Portable SSD T7 - 2 TB - Grey MU-PC2T0T/WW has USB 3.2 Gen.2 and is backwards compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. It is factory formatted in the exFAT file system. To connect your Samsung device, a USB Type-C to C and Type-C to A cable is included in the delivery. Please ensure that you only use original Samsung accessories to connect. Also check that the cables are correctly seated and that the ports are not dirty.
Regarding the "Samsung Portable SSD 1.0" app, please contact our technical support team. You can find them on the Samsung website under the tab "Support" > "Contact service" and "Hotline".
