How is it possible that Bluetooth works very unreliably? I have an app that I want to use via Bluetooth to control a light source. Bluetooth recognises the "counterpart", but connecting and saving does not work. I have tried everything imaginable. Unfortunately, I'm at my wit's end. Do any of you have any experience with this? Thank you.

As a supplement to the previous answer.

I don't know what kind of lights these are. But simply connecting and controlling them via Bluetooth will probably not work.

If they are Phillips Hue lamps, they must of course be connected via the corresponding app.

Possibly delete the app again and reinstall it. If necessary, also reset the light sources (lamps).

Unfortunately, this is a known Motorola problem. My father also has the edge 50 Neo and has problems with Bluetooth and his hearing aids, for example.

The net is full of users with similar problems.

And restart the phone.
Hope you can still fix it 👍
