I am considering buying one or 2 Dell UltraSharop U2724DE screens to use as a docking station with my LENOVO Thinkpad 14'' model 21JR0001MZ MAD Ryzen 7 7730U processor. I'd like to know if it's possible to do this, i.e. that with a single USB-C type cable connected between the computer and the screen I can have video, ethernet connection, power to charge my laptop, etc. Thanks

I use two of these monitors and have connected them with Thunderbold (daisy chain) and Windows or Mac Laotop. Ethernet, video signal, docking, power supply etc. .... everything works perfectly with just one Thunderbold 4 cable.

I can only report on my experience with my MacBook Pro (Intel) from 2019. Video and charging of the notebook works there via a USB-C cable purchased separately. The charging cable supplied with the MacBook does not support video output.
I can't say anything about Ethernet, the MacBook is connected via WLAN.
