Question about Samsung Odyssey G9 C49G94TSSP

I am considering using the monitor in a setup with gaming PC via DP and work notebook via HDMI - probably via external KVM. Does anyone have experience with the G9's automatic source selection? Does it recognise a "switch" between HDMI and DP source as "plugged in" and switch cleanly to the appropriate source?

No, unfortunately the G9 does not have a car source. Samsung doesn't do that with any model that has Bib and Pip. But I use the screen picture half and half with private and work and that is very cool.
