I bought my iPhone 12 (plus or pro) from you a long time ago. In an Apple Store, a technician once told me that there was no original battery in it. If I bought an iPhone 16 pro from you, would I have the guarantee that it contains an original battery? Thank you!

Unless it says "verified return" above the cart button, it is a new item. New items come directly from Apple and have their battery installed.
