I bought the monitor on 14/01/2025 during the Asus cashback campaign. I registered with Asus straight away and since 17/01/2025 the Asus link says that my application has been "accepted". However, I have not received any money to date. Does anyone have any experience with this? In which period should the money be transferred? Thank you

I had the same problem and then wrote to Asus support with pictures etc.. And after 3 days the money was in the account
