I can't connect this wlan box to my wingo internet box, do you have a solution? Thank you

Helpful answer

Press the button with the "+" on the WLAN box from wingo and within 2 minutes press the button with the "+" on the WLAN box as well. They should then connect automatically.
If this does not work, reset the WLAN box and start again from the beginning.
