Question about Ubiquiti UniFi AP FlexHD

I have already connected an AP AC-Pro to the Sunrise fibre box (LAN) and it works great. Now I would like to connect this FlexHD to the fibrebox via a cable. Does it then automatically switch to the "faster" network, e.g. my iPad, or do I then have two different networks? Or do I have to connect them together via WLAN or do I need a Unifi router?

Yes, that should work in principle. What you want to do is called "Wifi Roaming".

I would also recommend switching off the Wifi of the Sunrise Box if you haven't already done so.
