I have connected the monitor to the docking station via HDMI as well as USB-C to USB-A. Unfortunately, the camera is not recognised. Where is the error? Many thanks for the support

Is installed correctly when using the USB connection on the monitor at the back/bottom. However, the camera is only recognised when it is activated (= extended).
