I have had this monitor for a good week now. Unfortunately, instead of 165hz, I "only" have 120hz. Does anyone know what the problem is?

You would have to connect the screen with a DP cable and change it to the Advanced settings in the Display menu.
Unfortunately it only recognises 120 HZ with HDMI
