Question about RØDE PSA1+

I have just come from the rode.com website and it says that the PSA1 comes with the arm and some mounting extensions, here on Digitec it says that everything is included, including the microphone. I want the arm with the black sleeves but without the microphone. Can anyone help? What exactly is included where? Does the PSA1 (~80.-) come with the sleeves or not?

PSA1+ is with sleeves

Both times there is no micro included!
