Question about Samsung S27h850
I have ordered this monitor from a Swiss store to my home in Zurich and yet I received it with an European power plug (Type E). So I had to use adapter to connect it. How and why this happen?
It's a mistake from Digitec. Contact the support and request the correct power cord. The solution with an Adapter is not the best way when the cable is plugabble.

Digitec is obliged to supply electrical devices with a Swiss plug. If the device comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected a suitable adapter should be supplied.
