I installed the monitor yesterday and it worked with two different laptops. Today, unfortunately, nothing works, even though I haven't changed anything. Not even the menu appears on the screen when I press the JOG button (LED lights up). Any idea what the problem is? Thank you!

My staff also had the problem on the 2nd day that the monitor remained dark in the morning. This was due to the screen's energy-saving mode. You have to switch off the automatic switch-off of the monitor via the menu... :)
