Question about Samsung Galaxy A12

I just got the Galaxy A12, tried to charge it wirelessly (Qi) but nothing happens. It's ever supposed to be Qi compatible.... do you have to set it somewhere in the OS or is it wrong?

To my knowledge, the Galaxy A12 does not support wireless charging
