Hi GeborgterRingolf89
- What all have you tried? Did you connect the monitor via DisplayPort? DP version 1.4?

Hi, I think you can connect the monitor with DP instead of HDMI.

Hi, having recently purchased this screen, I can achieve 240 Hz without any problems. Your screen may not be connected to your graphics card via the display port. Your graphics card may not be powerful enough to ensure this refresh rate. I personally have a "GAINWARD GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER GHOST" graphics card and in a game like Forza Horizon 5 I have the 240 Hz with 2K quality with all graphics at maximum without any problems, the 260 Hz are almost never used by the way.
