I ordered my Xperia 10IV during the promotional period and received it before the deadline and registered it with Sony. To date, I have not received the promised headphones. Has anyone received the headphones or is anyone else like me?

I have just checked with Sony. Registering the product is not enough. You also have to register the product on Sony's campaign page. Since the campaign period was only until the end of July 2022 and I was a Sony promo newbie (therefore had no idea) and the promo page is not really easy to find, I will not receive the headphones. #Pity

I feel the same way, I didn't receive any headphones either.
