I ordered this product on 10th April - latest delivery promise has now moved again from mid June to early July. I now see the product is cheaper too by 5Fr - will you credit me the price difference please, or do I have to cancel and re-order to get the better price? If I cancel, will that affect the delivery date adversely, or will I still receive the product early July?

For the difference, you can contact the customer service and in view of the situation, we can exceptionally make a gesture of CHF 5.

However, when a customer cancels their order, they should be aware that the price of the product may change. Prices are based on supply and demand, suppliers and availability of goods.
