I pre-ordered here at 14:00 on the dot and it said delivery at the beginning of November the whole time, but now it says No indication. Does Digitec not have any in stock? I would have preferred to pre-order from Apple Direct.

Same here... Even today, even now on the 23rd, which is actually the official start of sales. I'm happy to be positively surprised, but at the moment I'm anything but sure that it will happen before mid-November.
