I recently purchased this phone and it will not connect to the google play store. I keep getting the message: "Anmeldung nicht möglich. There was a problem communicating with Google servers." I have tried with multiple WiFis, restarted the routers, rebooted the phone, manually closed the app and the cache. Is this a know problem? What else can I try?
