I seriously wonder why Digitec is now suddenly selling the Pro 6 with Windows Home? In the past, the Surface always came with Windows Professional. Since we are talking about a business device here, I think Windows Home is a bit off. Integration into an SME environment is not possible with Home. Our IT Fritz was not happy... ;-)

The Surface Pro 6 is also officially sold by MS only with Win 10 Home, if you look in the store.

I had specially ordered the version with Windows 10 Pro. When the release day finally arrived, the message came: not available.
It seems to me - looking at the Microsoft websites - that the business version is currently only available in North America. Very, very annoying. I also had to buy a Win 10 Pro licence and upgrade. Fortunately, it's very easy to do in the system.
