I understand the frustration because of the mains plug, but that's not the product's fault. Is the device any good now that you have the adapter?

Basically, you have a right to the CH plug and Digitec usually also supplies one. So if it is forgotten, Digitec will deliver it free of charge.

By the way, we are talking about a normal cold appliance cable here ....
