I used to connect the screen to my Macbook air with a usb-c cable without any problem, and then, one time after another, without changing anything, the screen says "USB-C no signal" and I haven't been able to use the screen since... Is there a setting that could have been reset? Or is it possible that the usb-c port on the screen is already dead? (The one on my computer works fine, and I've plugged an iPad via hdmi (with a lightning-hdmi adapter) into the screen and that works too. Unfortunately I don't have a usb-c - hdmi adapter to test directly with the computer...
