A request has been made in this respect, but the guarantee covers technical problems related to the manufacture of the product. This is for the duration of the warranty. However, if there is physical damage, the guarantee is no longer valid. Exchanges are made within 14 days of receipt of the product, after which time the item must be sent to our service centre for inspection.
