I would like to expand my MacBook Pro (M1 Max, 2021) to two monitors using a daisy chain (with a single cable on the MacBook). Is this possible (using Thunderbolt 4) with this monitor? If so, do I also have access to the other connected USB devices/LAN/Aux in addition to the video signal?

If the two monitors are connected via Displayport, this is unfortunately not possible. Unfortunately, Apple does not support MST. LAN, USB and video together via TB4 works fine.
