Question about Dell UltraSharp U4919DW

I would like to use the screen as an office screen for my Lenovo Thinkpad T560, but the question is whether the Lenovo is even capable of conjuring up a resolution of 5120X1440 pixels on my screen via the docking station. I have 2 Displayport ports on the docking station and currently use two monitors with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels each. The other notebook that is connected (because of KVM, this monitor is my favourite among others) would be an HP Elitebook G5.

The hardware should be fine.
I use the monitor with a Dell Latitude 7480 with I7 6600U. As far as I know, the T560 is also equipped like this (at least the I7 version).
The integrated graphics unit is an Intel HD520 (also with the I5 6200U). This manages the full resolution.

If the monitor is used as "two monitors", i.e. connected with the existing two DP cables ( = 2x 2560x1440) it should not be a problem. Then you simply have two 27 inchers without a border in the middle. I would be sceptical about the full resolution, but it should be in the Lenovo specs.

I have the 38" from Dell with a T460s in use via 1xHDMI, the notebook brings 3840x1600, but only with 29Hz.

I cannot say whether the Thinkpad T560 achieves the optimal resolution. I have connected various laptops and also an older HP PAVILION, which "only" generates a resolution of 3840x1080 pixels, and I am also so enthusiastic.
