Question about Apple Studio Display Nano

If you adjust the brightness on a Mac, does it stay bright when you connect a Windows computer? My thought is that I have a Mac (private) and Windows (professional). Once I have set the brightness, I don't change it again. I only adjusted the brightness on my Dell monitor on the first day, then not any more. Second question: The Night Shift function, does it also work when the Windows computer is connected? (again, set via a Mac).

Helpful answer
The Apple Studio Display retains the last colour profile (reference mode) set on the Mac, even when the display is operated on a PC.
Unfortunately, the brightness of the Studio Display cannot be adjusted on a Windows PC, which is not a problem for me.
The picture quality is excellent, but it should be noted that the 5K display requires quite a lot of resources and, depending on the programme used, can increase the operating temperature of the graphics card and animate the fans to run continuously.
The mentioned "Night Shift" function on the Mac should correspond to the "Night Mode" on Windows, which works flawlessly under W11.
My experience is based on the Studio Display running on a Surface Book 3 with W11 and NVIDIA Quadro RTX3000 graphics card.
