I'm trying to scan QR codes with the Brio 300, but unfortunately the camera can't focus enough. What could be the reason for this? Is there a workaround?

Helpful answer
I had the same problem, Brio 300 has no autofocus and it is therefore practically impossible to read a QR code. That's why I bought the Bro 500. It has autofocus and it works perfectly.

I feel the same way.
I use the camera for video conferences and am very happy with it (apart from the fact that the displayed image section does not always correspond to the preselection in the system settings).
