Is it compatible for travelling e.g. in the USA with AC120 volt?

According to the print on the side of the plug, it holds voltage of 100-240 volts and a frequency between 50-60 hertz (US 110 V / 60 Hz, EU 230 V / 50 Hz).
So it would work

I think so, because the device only draws power from the socket to pick up weak WLAN and send it on amplified.
