Is it normal that this screen does not have good black tones? I sent mine back to Digitec because of massive pixel errors, now I've received a used replacement unit, first it was totally dirty with fingerprints that I could hardly remove and glue residue and somehow the black tone just doesn't seem good enough, super washed out and grey. Any ideas? I might just have to send it in again....

The screen has good to very good black tones - but only with via DisplayPort. With HDMI it is a grey soup. Hope this info helps.

Oh dear, so with fingerprints in this price range, that's not possible at all. If possible, I would always either pick up such monitors in person or bring them by in person. But grey sliders in the picture is not an option, I would definitely return it immediately. That's not allowed, because it's also an IPS panel. Of course, you could also return it and get another model, but that would have to be discussed with Digitec.
