Is it possible to change the refresh rate to 30HZ? The problem with 60HZ is that USB LAN adapters become extremely slow. You also have this problem with Dell and HP monitors. 30HZ solves the problem. But I can't find a setting for this?

With the LG Electronics 28MQ780-B monitor, the native refresh rate is usually set to 60 Hz and there is no explicit option in the monitor settings to switch directly to 30 Hz. Most modern monitors are designed for a refresh rate of 60 Hz or higher.
