Is it possible to operate the monitor at full resolution with a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) with Radeon Pro 560 4 GB via Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C)? Thank you very much!

Helpful answer
Yes, had a 13" MacBook Pro 2016 running on it and it worked. However, it had a bit of trouble. But with the dedicated graphics card, it shouldn't be a problem.
