Is it possible to operate the monitor at full resolution with a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) with Radeon Pro 560 4 GB via Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C)? Thank you very much!

So I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch 2021 and I have the full resolution on the screen. Works flawlessly via the USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port.
